Well there would have been a worse scenario if the two siblings didn't decide to do it.
I'm not saying it was right, but they were stressed, locked in a small house with a psycho who was 100% going to rape and possibly kill both or kidnap one of them after raping and killing one, for then rape daily the one kidnapped.
They were both scared and unable to think straight and both thought that it was better between each other because Shou was trying to lose time and even if he had to go through with it he would have hurt him less than the psycho who would have just raped one or both of them violently.
The little brother too was scared but chose his older brother over the Psycho because he knew he wouldn't hurt him just like Shou didn't want to but if he had to chose between the Psycho hurting him while raping him and not letting his brother hurt he would chose something he doesn't want to but that brings his brother less harm.
I was glad it was not another story with the male lead is stupid enough to not know who the heck it is... many of them go "who are u?"
