Okay. Sorry. But since you said you don’t want any responsibilities, stop right there. Change that first. Learn to burden yourself with responsibilities. Accept the fact that every human has responsibilities. You should know what your responsibilities are; well maybe find a job or do better at your job, idk. That’s for you to decide. I’m saying this to myself every single day just to keep me on track. Don’t burden other people, just burden yourself but don’t do it blindly. If you feel you cant take it, think of a better solution. Rest when you can but always continue to move forward. You can do this :)
As for the manga, she thought by getting married, at last she can let her grandparents be freed from their responsibilities. She now can hold responsibilities on her own, since she’s married. She has a responsibility as wife now. She has a new family to take care.

Getting married is not the only purpose of living. Be happy and don't force yourself for something you don't like. Sure make your parents happy but please don't sacrifice your happiness
