It’s been four years. I read it, then took a break, and repeated the process two more times. Each time, I would start from the beginning because the breaks were so long. But I had fun reading it every single time.
Even though Khalid’s very existence was hateful to me, I understand that it was necessary for the story. He always kept me on the edge of my seat—I was ready to murder him! So yes, I’m happy he’s dead. But the side stories just aren’t doing it for me.
I don’t know about others, but I absolutely loved the storytelling—especially the way she embraced both her feminine and knightly sides. This story amazed me again with its portrayal of women’s empowerment. Women can be dazzling and outshine anyone, but their choices can still be flawed—like Estelle’s plan for the war, or Florence choosing to spend the night with His Highness.
Again and again, Estelle disappointed me… and yet she also astonished me. That’s what I truly love about this story, all the characters have their own evaluations. Her journey as a woman and as a human being is what makes it so powerful. While, she....

Yes, I am dumb so my brain can't be process anything but the English translation is so good actually feels authentic but at the same time I am awe with my knowledge of vocabulary which is limited. Coz, the way he is going it feels like he is isolating Luke from his friends. Yes some friends hold malice but in social setting even then you have to continue to be nice so a heads up would be nice. I am 100% on Luke's side he is an adult, so he can make his decisions and he isn't fragile glass baby that will break. He would be more happy if Andrew tells him which will make their relationship more stronger and stable.
