Almost everyone in this manga is an idiot lol .. This is exactly what I need right now since I've been reading mostly stressful and depressing BLs lately. I love that there's not much twist and turn, and everyone ended up being rather wholesome especially the CEO. Also, I absolutely love the way the mangaka draws the characters reaction faces, they're either really cute or downright hilarious..
It's above average I guess. I still enjoyed reading some parts of it. While I didn't like how Allon was unnecessarily dickish towards Nox in the beginning (I know he had his reasons but still), I like him more when he started to warm up to Nox in later chapters. But overall the writing still feels a bit weak. Maybe its because I've been binging on a lot of Korean medieval fantasy manhwas but the setting, world and lore feels generic to me. I saw some comments that mentioned that this is the author's first published work so I think its pretty good for a first attempt..
It took him 28 chapters to actually do something.. I'm loving the story and characters so far but my god, the whole crown succession thing can be resolved in just 5 chapters if they actually communicate like a normal goddamn human being. Also, I really don't see any reason for Etienne to follow the queen's orders. I don't now if he's too scared of her or he's believes that the queen has his best interest at heart. He could've sided with the emperor from the beginning. Sure he's a shitty father, but at least he'll try to keep him alive..
But yeah, other than that I'm enjoying it so far.. I'm excited to see what will happen next. I hope to see the uke coming out and proudly as a dominant omega..
Is that really the ending? I mean its a good ending, albeit a little bittersweet since Kyon is probably gonna die before Lucaon. But I prefer this ending rather than a 'I'll turn you immortal so we can be together forever' cliche. But overall it feels a little unresolved. And it feels like there's a lot of plot holes left behind too. Like what is the bad guys main motive? To kill Lucaon and stop the drug development? Wouldn't the antidote benefit them too? and what happen to the main villain? What was his plan with Kyon if he already planted his brother in the first place? So many unanswered questions..
Still enjoyed it though.. (づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ
This was a pleasant surprise to me. When I saw that its a 200 chapter manhua about the idol industry I was expecting the usual tropes that you usually find in showbiz related stories. What I didn't expect is how well-written the story and characters are. I mean the usual trope is there of course; paparazzi, blackmail, coming out, etc. But they did a good job fleshing out the other side character's arcs as well, not just the main couple. Sure there are some elements of the story that seems rushed or came out of nowhere (like Aoyue's dad, idk what the hell is the point of his introduction), but overall its a pretty solid storyline and I enjoyed it..
I get that the author wanted to make like a harem 'who will the MC ends up with?' type of story. But including the best friend makes him the obvious choice since he's the only 'real person' in that world. So there's really no point the uke acting indecisive and coy especially when the seme is obviously interested in him..
I think a better story would be uke transported into the otome world alone, he gets to know the other potential partners, falls in love with one of them, have sex and then transported back into the real world. Uke gets sad that he'll never see seme again. Goes on with his life, and accidentally bump into the irl version of the seme on the street. And they both restart their relationship from there since the seme don't know him irl..
I feel like it should've been an image of the first couple. I almost skipped this manga because I saw the cover art and thought it looked generic.
The story kinda reminds me of 'Koishite Daddy' except we don't get enough time with the first couple, so their relationship feels a bit rushed. Also, I don't like how they did a 180 with Chiharu's character. I get being heartbroken can change someone, but with him it feels like an entirely different character. Not to compare but I think 'Love Kids!!' did it better with the whole 'jealous of your own father' trope..
I still enjoy reading it though.. (〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

I already know its gonna be adorable based on the cover art. But damn, that's some avengers-level threat of tooth-rotting fluff. *punches wall repeatedly*
