there is no way a genius writer like horikoshi made this dude look exactly like bakugo without some sort of deeper meaning behind it. like i KNOW he could've picked some other character design
i literally saw a threory on yt that said bakugo was the second user of ofa and went back in time and thought ofa's first user how to use the quirk and told him how to pass it down....ok that's a crazy theory but now some dude who looks EXACTLY like bakugo(and also seems just as rude) is in deku's thoughts and is shown to be saving ofa's first user. guys.....

But would that theory really work? I mean if he really had gone back in time. He'd still be dead if he had been a holder of OFA. Since all holders of it have passed on (Except for all might) but he burned out the OFA abilities he had left.
