this story started off interesting- but this is gonna sound insane: placebo is more interesting to me than whats happening in the plot in this story rn..

finished reading, final thoughts (minor spoilers ig): i enjoyed the story and plot every step of the way. i know it isn't everyones cup of tea, but i prefer a intriguing and deep plot with psychological aspects and complicated characters. i understood the business and law jargon so that aspect did not bother me. the relationship between MC and ML started off messy, rough, and a bit toxic - but we got a happy ending. they finally understood and supported each other. i enjoyed that MC was not a pushover and stood up for himself multiple times against other characters and was extremely intelligent - our first impression of him is protecting his younger brother despite their issues. ML was unlikable at first but eventually sacrificed a lot (including risking his life),to be in a relationship with MC. i recommend this!

this art is absolutely gorgeous, the color choices are amazing. one of the best art styles ive seen in a long time. i also find the plot/story incredibly fascinating, but at the same time, its so hard for me to read. i wouldnt ever want to have sex or a romantic relationship with someone who was also dating my father and great-uncle.

forget ML dude i love MCs friend and his backstory and their dynamic. ML has no personality aside from "im possessive and jealous". ik friend wont be end game but i wish he was :/ he actually cares about MC more than just sex
