the whole story was fine until there was a sudden time skip for 4 years and then the ML rapes the MC like wtf. it all came out of nowhere. disgusting

i cant take this seriously i was just laughing during chap 48 like it was so quick

the art is absolutely gorgeous and very well done. id like to say, imo, that theres no reason for me to really root for the demon given his history (coercion) and theres also no reason for me to really root for MC judging his current decisions and (slight spoiler) upcoming decisions. just at a crossroads whether to continue tbh. i think this would have thrived if it was more of a political drama + demonic elements without a huge focus on romance/sex bc the love triangle romance thing just isnt working imo

finished reading, final thoughts (minor spoilers ig): i enjoyed the story and plot every step of the way. i know it isn't everyones cup of tea, but i prefer a intriguing and deep plot with psychological aspects and complicated characters. i understood the business and law jargon so that aspect did not bother me. the relationship between MC and ML started off messy, rough, and a bit toxic - but we got a happy ending. they finally understood and supported each other. i enjoyed that MC was not a pushover and stood up for himself multiple times against other characters and was extremely intelligent - our first impression of him is protecting his younger brother despite their issues. ML was unlikable at first but eventually sacrificed a lot (including risking his life),to be in a relationship with MC. i recommend this!
