i believe yes. it would be naive to think that an adult will hold of all sexual relationships because he feels an attachment to a kid. besides until he grew up or/ and went into heat he thought Kai as something precious and not a romantic partner

Eri's little brother was together with that other guy and when he had mistaken Eri for his little brother Eri started to like him as well. Then there's just a huge gap. I'm assuming that guy eventually fell for Eri.
