i dont rlly like how naoto was basically forced to speak out abt his trauma like did u rlly have to do that..wish the scenario was naoto told his trauma on his own accord ig.
I don't know much but I've researched a bit abt traumas bcz of my thesis. There are therapy where the Psychologist/therapist needs the patient to talk abt his trauma (don't know if you can call it 'forced' since they need to know what happened) if the patient can so they can talk abt how to overcome it. I think it's called Cognitive Processing Therapy.
He had every right to since he was never going to tell him & try to handle everything on his own.
