because in most parts of japan it is seen as a horrible thing to be gay and since the people he was with were super against gays, he had to pretend to go along with them cause if he said he would be fine with it the others would have treated him poorly (sorry i wrote a lot)

that is a good point, I"m actually not sure if Pablo a good guy or bad. since we didn't seen much of him after the story turn into a huge Diesel and Ein flushback and left all the other character's.
I guess we need to wait until we see Pablo again and see what he is up too and what he will do.
