everyone thinks taeju is a green flag now but if you look closely you can see these panels where he has these crazy, obsessive eyes, where his face is just screaming “im going to trap him”—and his concern over euihyun’s suicidal thoughts are all because of his desperation of losing him (not actual compassion for his well being). yeah, he’s playing nice now because he’s “in love” but he’s actually obsessed, and he has the capability to manipulate euihyun, which he kinda is doing rn. taeju hasn’t actually changed all that much….
I mean he beats the shit out of people for living I don’t think he’s gonna be a normal boyfriend
right I really don't get where all this expectation for a model citizen boyfriend came from when from the get-go, the story was established with a mafia, loan shark/debtor setting, in omegaverse at that
TRUE! considering the setting, him being this obsessive and paranoid is much refreshing to watch rather than his past asshole attitude towards euihyun ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
See, there's this amazing thing called character development. Unfortunately the author tricked some of us into believing that Taeju would have it.
I mean there HAS been some character development, if not so drastic, but Taeju's still making money off crime, and it's not as if a significant amount of time has passed in the story for him to truly change without reverting back to bad habits (if you can call it that). I'm honestly here for the toxic ML being good only for his lover trope, so I really don't have any expectations, just happy he's taking mini steps in the right direction
