Is there any angst?
I wouldn't call it angst. But there's a lot of tension between the main characters. It's like a cat and mouse game, where the mouse is obsessed with destroying the cat. It's not for the faint of heart. There's gore, vore, and rape.

Nah, you can say it, i feel the same. She just made the life of an orphan even more miserable with her actions. She felt guilty, so lets abuse the kid? She is insane
I dislike the story line which makes me hate the aunt but I have to know there is no way shut like this really happens in Japan right? It’s mind blowing that only because of guilt the aunt decided to be cruel to her nephew- all those years she spent with the child she never could get over the death of her sister and her brother in law that was a complete accident <_<? Do people not like therapy or something?
It sounds like she was going to a hospital clinic for therapy based off of the uncle saying how she was “sick”. But it also sounds like she became completely convinced and deluded herself into believing that Yanagi was blaming her for his parents dying and that she started to resent him in addition to herself. And well no amount of therapy is going to fix that if she doesn’t want to fix it. :/
