I think the author write the side story based on yh&mg's ver in form of sympathy. because its been a while since i read FYL and just finised FOS, i cant really tell the 'ruined' part of their personality.
I guess thats how it is with author too? like if i have to work with someone, yuri&jiri, for so long, i would have kinda forgot my main past cp. the main focus isnt them so little by little, you kinda forgot the detail?
anyways i just find this side story cute. and proses to yohan for having his MIL consent somehow lol. i hope yuri could have that also, knowing jiri's parents already aware their son is gay.
