imo, arjen's nothing more than a dressing for arien's arc. he's litteraly 'my depressed 5 years old older twin brother who had ptsd'. he's really lack of character. in this story for me, his existense was just a ticking bomb to trigger arien's emotion to use that magic thingy. he's really weak, almost no interest at all, and like a background character who would tag along with the main chara without any impact left to the audience. don't get me wrong tho, although i said that, the reason why i'm still here is for arjen, he's too cute.
i just thought the author didn't do any justice to arjen even tho this manhwa literaly mention 'twin' in it's title. we don't even have any of arjen's pov this far.
even tho he played the older sibling role, he's just too weak physically, mentally, and the magic he has wasn't reliable either. so, arien always over shadowing him and being the stronger chara, sometimes i even forgot who's the older siblings are.
it's shoujou manhwa ik. but at least give him some highlight to shine as the older brother rather than give him a mental breakdown and make us pitying him even more.
