In case no one responded yet... There's someone who was so kind as to give us a translation in text form here. I don't remember all of it but the last lines went something like, Kurose: "I hate whores like you who open their legs for someone they just met."
Then something like, "I think it's cute the way some people get flustered just before I eat them."

Yes, that's the one! They have similar characters and are in a similar situation. Ogawa Chise can be a LITTLE too creepy for me sometimes, though. Hope this one has a better ending.
