Still are related. Thinking they are not brothers just because they don't have a genetic relation is completely contrary to how kinship identification works and is extremely bigoted and hateful towards adoptive families. I hope you don't adopt a child, gain siblings through adoption or find out that you are not genetically related to your parents until you have cured yourself of this disgusting perverted outlook. Maybe the groomer pedo is too fucked in the head to function normally and form normal familial attachments the way healthy social animals do, but victim is not. He has always known the other guy as his brother. He has loved him and trusted him the way any of you would love and trust your own older siblings as a pseudo-parental figure.
