It is true he likely has an STD, no amount of condoms will help if you sleep with a different person every day or every week. STDs are also transmitted by kissing and oral sex (bodily fluids). I don’t think having an STD is shameful or that stating that somebody has it is slut shaming. Moreover, it is also true that hyper sexuality can be considered a symptom of a mental illness.
