like i wouldn’t say their love was rushed mainly because it wasn’t love on the ML’s part at all. he pretended to care about her to manipulate her into choosing him over the crown prince and to keep control. the MC who’s already been through so much as an illegitimate child and treated like garbage, latched onto him because he showed her some basic decency (which was fake). it makes sense she fell for him, but he never had good intentions to begin with. i mean, if he had even neutral feelings toward her from the start, maybe time could’ve built trust but that wasn’t the case.
as for the whole “he killed everyone for her” thing… honestly, he just sucks lol. he only did that when it no longer mattered. yeah, the aunt, aide, and doctor were the main culprits, but why go on a murder spree against random, powerless employees who were just following orders to survive? and now he’s out here killing innocent women just because they look like her? bitchhh if i was any of those women i would have my own revenge second life system manhwa cuz ain't nooo way. and his “regret” is pure narcissism. tt’s not even about her, it’s about his ego. he never respected her or her autonomy. cmon my girl can’t even die in peace, she explicitly said she hates him, and wants nothing to do with him so much so that she killed herself and this is his response, to keep her body with him and then, GO LOOKING FOR HER bruh he's definitely in my top 3 worst MLs lmao
