That’s pretty much what I said. The manga is obviously going the neutral route. And I’ve played the game, so I know how it works. But just because Bernardo confesses at the end of the manga, doesn’t mean they’re going with his route as canon for the manga. They all get ship tease with Gian here, so I’m fine with the neutral route for the manga. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

no they indeed are going with bernardo's route with only bits of the beginnings of every route thrown at the start of the manga
i mean if you played the game you must know all of the routes have totally different events *except for alessandro is kidnapping*
the neutral route is only for the side stories the main game has no neutral route tho the author didn't have much of a choice prob

i did mention that bernardo confess in the end similar to what happened in the route bec of the bl question thing -i mean they turn canon in the end so yanno- not as a proof for the manga going bernardo's route. I've already read the raws till last chapter and has no doubt about this

I have, but I don’t interpret it the way you and Erina do. Maybe I should reframe what I’ve said: The manga isn’t going any of the game routes. The manga is different from the game. It should be taken as its own thing. If you want to see it as representing Bernardo’s route, fine. I see it as more of a neutral route with a kind-of Bernardo ending. I see it as intentional so people can still ship Gian with whoever they want in the manga. If you don’t agree, that’s ok.

Well, like I’ve already said above, I don’t really see it that way. Just because some of events in the manga line up with Bernardo’s route in the game, doesn’t mean the manga is a telling of his route. I’ve read the raps too, I just see it differently. That said, Bernardo’s route is probably my fav, so I’m glad they incorporated some of his route into the manga.

if the manga went all about Benjamin's issue, Dave, Nastasha and Bernardo being the main focus with gian then him confessing in the end with gian accepting his confession while the manga tell nothing of ivan's past, complications, honus, Rosalia/Giulio's personality, background, his profound hardships, nor even his feelings for gian *which is always there regardless of which route it is/Luchino's many issues, his real self, Charlene and aliche, bakshi, the Gabriel thing..etc with none of the three muttering or hinting a thing about having feelings for gian or otherwise
that cant be a matter of opinions. the manga is indeed all about Bernardo's route and if someone went there hoping to get any moments of gian with the other three they will be so well disappointed bec there's nothing. unlike the routes in the game should I say.
Bernardo's route isn't my favourite I love all five of them so Idrc which one is being adapted to the manga, live stage or whatever.

Nahh like lmao it's not a matter of what you interpret really the manga literally doesn't bother with the other three Bernardo gets all the focus and all his route adapted in the manga, with the confession there's really no room to ship Gian with anyone else nor do we get anything but an extremely superficial relationship between them but I do agree the manga is its own thing it'd be unfair to judge ld1's writing based on whatever tf going on with the butcher of the plot and characterization here
