It's not really a toxic BL though lol, this is just straightup romanticizing abuse. It's not about preferences or about whether people don't like "toxic" BL. If something is clearly romanticizing an IRL issue that numerous people are affected by then it's only natural for there to be backlash. Like I don't entirely agree with the people who hate on ever chapter because that's just too much, but commenting for the sake of awareness is what people should strive for.

Who said anything about me hating? What in my message indicated towards me being hateful in any way shape or form? Sorry for pointing out something that's very common knowledge and making an attempt to get people to understand that some backlash for this manwha is well deserved. People can read whatever they want to read while being to able to have their own preferences. Oh my god, yes. You can your dislike and opinion for an episode but constantly hating on it every upload then using "it's just me expressing my opinion" is very frustrating.

Let's give it perspective:

Imagine you like a band and you always tune it for their new releases. Now a friend or person you know also listens to this band with you but always talk shit about it. Every new release, they have something negative to say about the band. The lyrics of one song resonates with you and your friend just shits on it and talks about the lack of feeling and emotions.

You'd ask them why are they still tuning in if they hate the group so much. You still like the band but being around that person sours the experience of each new release.

That what this is. After reading an epsiode, people go to the comments for the community and to share both their positive and negative experiences. However, if you like something but all you find are negative comments for the next several pages, it does actually ruin things a bit. Look at the comment section and see how long or how many pages and comments does it take for to find a positive or neutral comment? It's annoying.

Especially if most of the comments say the same thing.

Exactly. People are whining that they don't like to see negative comments, and will say things like "if you don't like it, don't read it." The commenters could just as easily say "if you don't like the comments, don't read them" LMAO. If it takes 2 pages to find a positive comment then maybe acknowledge that people's reactions are overwhelmingly negative for a good reason, and enjoy reading it regardless. It's really not that serious in the sense that no one is stopping anyone from reading/enjoying it. They're just voicing their opinion, deal with it or go read comics somewhere else with no comments section.
