Already started way off ever since it started. I had my suspicions it would turn out like this, and I was right. The way this is going is understandable to be honest... but if it wasn't obvious, this is just wrong and it's obviously not a "kink". It would've been fine if this was enjoyed by both partners, but from our MC's point of view, he is clearly being forced into doing this. Sure, he can feel the pleasure, but that's normal.
