Shouma doesn't hide the fact that he has been in relationships and its already been confirmed that Yoshino's grandad sleeps around too (ex. the time he almost got murdered by his mistresses, Tsubaki's existence).
And while we're on the subject, Yoshino does not give two fucks about Kirishima cheating. She clearly stated to him "it's a free world. Date as many girls as you like." She was even confused as to why Kirishima brought up how nonchalant she was about his fuck buddies and not throwing a fit added with her giving 8 of them gifts.
