I skipped from 127 to 182 to see if the toxicity is still there along with angst.
This is supposed to be a toxic yaoi so why can't it just stay toxic? It was all good until the cheesiness of love emerged. A good ending for toxic yaoi would have been them loving each other but still retaining their toxic relationship, personality, and mentality just like the beast must die and hogu hagyeongsu where the main characters didn't go OOC.
Let's face it, their previous toxic relationship would have been much better than now because atleast back then, our mc's bad feelings towards him are stronger than the stockholm syndrome that's growing inside of him. Back then, we could still hate the ml freely, but now, it's annoying coz it's featuring more of their new healthy relationship that I can't help but hate them both or just the overall story now. I hate that I didn't see the ml suffer as much or even more than what the mc suffered before their relationship got on the right track. Mc's hardships and sufferings weren't given justice at all. All the ml suffered was just his inner conflict. I wanted more of ml's suffering as justice for our mc!!!
There! I let out what my preferences are in toxic yaoi . I like it either when their relationship stays toxic or let uke suffer a lot from toxicity of the relationship then give up resisting and finally running away and get out of ml's sight for long time (weeks, months, or years). Then, ml regrets suffers a lot from heartbreak due to mc running away, does his all to find him but still couldn't get ahold of him, then when he gets ahold of him, he wants mc to be back by his side truly, sincerely, and legitimately. As such, there is a shift in power, the mc now holds the advantage and can use his self to threaten the ml but ml, even though heartbroken, doesn't give up. And etc etc etc. And finally, they get a happy ending with healthy relationship.
I hoped this manga would either end the toxic way or the happy ending that i just described. I started reading earlier this day and can finally give this up after seeing it doesn't go the way i like it or atleast almost the same as the way i like it. Goodbye guys! I only came here for the toxic read and not their chummy chummy cringey sweet romance.
You just put into words what I've been feeling all along. There's no way their current selves developed out of their past selves. Had they remained toxic people in a toxic relationship, it would have felt like a more honest development.
Lol. I was already annoyed due to weak internet and here i get an update that ended exactly the same as the previous chapters. What's with this unnecessary details? The only part I deem useful in this chapter was ahin's suspicions about the times when vivi was strange (due to pheromones).

Oh my! The way this manhwa is getting dark is making my heart throb. I just love it when seme gets obsessive towards uke and has this tendency to want to lock up uke. I like dark and heavy stories like this (dark obsession kind) as long as there is no gore involved.
Lol. I came here after reading ch 2 because I had a bad feeling of the type of relationship they're gonna have and i'm glad I did so because the comments section is full of bad reviews. I'll just treat what I read as one shot cause it the first 2 chapters wasn't all that bad.
I really didn't expect who the main male lead was. The novel has more than 200 chapters almost 300. I skipped a lot of chapters at the time of their main and final conflict/battle/war with the enemy like 10 or more if I read a scene or arc I don't like. I also got so so so dissapointed at a certain male lead(not the main). I finished the main story and am now currently at the special chaps. *sigh* I can only say, "READ THE NOVEL AT YOUR OWN RISK"

Reading this chapter was so annoying.
The reasons:
1. My internet connection is slow.
2. The pictures load very very VERY SLOWLY.
3. It would sometimes stop just at the closeup of the emperor's face.
