Actually Rei can change the uncles perspective... Shion is sweet and all but i don't believe his will is as strong as Rei's. You see how Rei bit a plug out of the uncles hand when he tried to rape him. The uncle is a typical alpha and it would take an non-typical omega (like Rei) to change him. If the story continued further, I feel the uncle would've tried to rape Rei a few more times and end up with a lot more bruises and bites due to Rei resisting for him to get a clue and/or give up
