After finishing reading this I thought the character with the blonde hair was a trans male and was on testosterones, that would explain why he had a penis since testosterone does make your clitoris grow to form a penis-like shape, however after reading the comments the character is intersex which could be true. So the character is either a FTM or Intersex.
