I know theres a time slip but how come the sister said "your back already?" And "is it suppose to be 2 months?" I thought its slower in ancient time and faster in modern time

the ancient time is just moving slowly compared to the modern time or it could be that the modern time is moving faster than the ancient time. so that you won't get confused, just make a comparison, for example: 1 day in modern time is equal to 1 month in ancient time. so if Tong spent a year in the ancient time, only 12 days would have passed in the modern time.

omg you're right! I forgot about that! Now I have a new theory... since Tong is originally from the modern time, did that flip the flow of time when she got to the ancient time? omg this is messing with my head more... I suppose there should be an explanation for this, i'd hate it if this was a plot hole.

So that's why he acted like that.... I always wondering why he has some resentment towards her so it was jealousy......

Even though I hate him and hope he gets what's coming to him, he said something in one of the chapters which made me think he treated her that way out of jealousy and anger. It made no sense for him to bother with her if he's so in love with the black hair chick, he could have even sent her to stay in another palace rather than keep her around and that would free him to carry on with his so-called "empress", he even went out of his way to summon her just to tell her that their child wouldn't inherit the throne, he had other ways he could of use to inform her but didn't and it makes think he did those things to get a reaction out of her since she's normally so composed no matter what he does to her. I might be wrong but there's a possibility that he did love her but judging from how she says she might be a cold person, he probably felt like she only saw their union as nothing more than an obligation. She was taught not to show her emotions and with an oracle saying she was his chosen bride, she only did what she was told and that probably infuriated him especially if he did love her. And then this new girl shows up and he starts showing favor to her while she simply resigned herself to the back, never challenging his decision or anything else, it was like she was saying their relationship was only worth this much. But even if he did love her it doesn't excuse the way he treated her and I hope he at least suffers a lot in the redo for his actions.

Spoiler Alert. Even though the blue-hared emperor does all the horrid and awful things to her in her first life, like, getting her pregnant, but not caring for their child, killing her dad without a fair trial and basically treating worst than the dirt he walks on at the end of her second life she'll still end up with him. I guess the "bad boy turning out to be a good boy and then winning the girl" cliche still lives.
This is good..he become nice now.... its finnaly improving
He was always nice? Or did you just not read the story or are you one of those who thinks someone should be nice to even the person torturing them, wittingly or not? Ew.
Maybe ur the one did not read the recent chap... chap 33.. they have better conversion that's why I said nice because compare to how he treat her before..That's why I said finaly its improving..... Probaly , hes not perfectly nice to her but it is improving.... read it again... read how he treat her before (how he talk tpo her and read chap 33)...
