I already see what's going on here. I think ML sleep around ppl he doesn't like but avoid fl because he actually like her. He probably have serious family problems and trying to do self pity by spending the night with other or doesn't wanna be alone .He didn't wanna hurt or involve the MC so he disappeared. I already see the story here but I just wish the MC female lead had move on and went out with other guy but nope. Author made her pure , innocent, and loyal to ML after so many years.
