I read the comments and people really trying to act like Taehyuks a predator but he is literally rejecting him because of it.
You have to understand it’s also a hard thing to explain to the dragon why it’s so complicated, the dragons also being pushy, too pushy. Taehyuk is still human with morals but he’s pretty much stuck between a rock and a hard place. We can’t look at this story and see black and white, feelings and actions are a lot more complex than that. I think the author is showing it well, most authors would have someone like Taehyuk be like “I know it’s wrong but why is my heart beating so fast ” but no Taehyuk is trying his best to push away but the dragon is pushing forward.
I will gladly defend this further because I hate when people missuse extreme terms for something that’s unrelated or judge a story without reading properly.

So from what I’ve gathered, the group of men we see here in this zone were all part of a project called “Sunnyside Daycare Kids.”
These were made to go through multiple levels of cubes full of monsters (or demons) and fight to the death. The grown characters we see here were the only survivors and therefore they were a success to the project (we don’t know how yet).
It seems everyone has a grudge against our main protagonist who 10 years ago got amnesia so he remembers nothing about the daycare of the people around him. He live his life as a criminal but one of his old classmates caught him and kept him in the place this story takes place, seems like he wants all his previous classmates in one spot (again we don’t know why.)
Extra: This is a world plague with different demon and monster classes with their own behaviors, abilities and mannerisms. The security unit is meant to be the ones who dispelled them but our daycare classmates got to it instead because they were trapped.
