If it’s an unpredictable madness with balance, I’m going to put forth Ron Kamonohashi, from Ron Kamonohashi: Deranged Detective. It’s not the same exact mannerisms, but it certainly madness with unpredictability yet balance.

Ryu-Yeon from lightning degree is maybe the closest. He cracks me up as well. Defo not as mad tho

zaha and ryu yeon have the same energy in their unpredictability but Ryu yeon doesn't have the borderline mental patient vibes that Zaha have, at least ryu yeon has not gone that crazy lmao
