I think he's planning something because yk from what I've seen he's totally genuine about liking Eusan and he's not just into his body he's into him as in.
Ian literally said in chapter 20 „I like you. That actually doesn’t fully describe the weight of the feelings i feel for you.”
Not only that Ian has taken care of Eunsan whenever he had a panic attack.
He only wanted to go to that pianist concert with Eunsan because it was one of Eunsan’s favorite musicians. In the end they didn’t go and Ian got in trouble with some sponsor.
During one of the times Eunsan stayed over at Ian’s hotel room. Ian himself wanted to get a different room for Eunsan to sleep in. So that they don’t sleep together.
Ian cares about Eunsan's opinion. During chapter 19 Eunsan said that he wished Ian stayed because that would allow him to continue playing hockey and Ian replied saying „You should've told me back then not to go.”
Obviously he doesn’t want to be just a fling to Eunsan however that is all he will get from him for now. Eunsan is a very clueless character and he will need help discovering his sexuality and feelings. Ian will surely help him with that. Even now in chapter 20 Ian said to him that no straight man jerks off another man just because they feel lonely or let another man kiss them. So we’re going in the right direction!!
Ian said „it’s okay if you don’t like me back” because of how much he wants to be with Eunsan no matter what happens. Ian will take anything Eunsan gives him.
I hope that Eunsan would realize that it was Ian Ryu along the way; loving and yearning for a very long time.

Nah it's more likely that Keith made a deal with the warden. I got the vibes that the warden was annoyed with Della but also thankful bc he got all the prisoners to listen or something. So he wouldn't have a reason to kill him. But Henry does want to kill Robere, so even if Della left the prison, he'd still be at risk. Pronouncing him dead would stop the prosecution and also get Della out of prison, which would be a win for the warden and a win for Keith since he fell in love (probably) and wants Robere to live.
Knowing the way these things normally go, Keith probably arranged things so that Robere/Della can go freely live his life and Keith is stuck with Henry. Not because he loves him but bc he views it as some sorta atonement for his past actions or some bullshit. Also to keep an eye on Henry, so that he won't get the idea of looking for Robere again.
That's my speculation based on how the story went so far and how these stories usually go, sprinkled with a bit of what I personally would write.
