After rereading, i finally figured out what happened. So i'm guessing this chapter happened in Europe. And that guy is the girl's brother who is obsessed with jiho before. I remember something when this guy was introduced jiho said something like "If i know how kind of a monster he is, i wouldn't stop" nonverbatim. Or something between those line. I remember when they are talking about perfume few chapters back the guy mentioned he is from europe and jiho said he used to live there.
