Well in his defense, he was happy that it was his cousin that fucked him and not some stranger. When Alto came back to his room as a man, Lloyd felt betrayed that he would go and do that with someone else, but then remembered that alto wasn't dating him and he felt guilty, it was his fault afterall and he had no right to dictate who he slept with. From his lines you can tell that Lloyd highly respects his cousin, he says so himself that if he was Alto he would chose Lune, althought Lloyd wants to keep him all for himself he understands that Alto isn't looking for romance in this situation but for a way to turn back into a man.
Its good that he not as skilled as lloyd in bed thats mean his private life its not as messy as his cousin, beside is person like lloyd will really be a loyal partner? Unlike lune when he found out he have fucked a person he search for them and to the point wanting to marry and take responsibility
I can't deny the second part, but he said so himself that he was willing to change for Alto, we know for a matter of fact that these are not just empty words as he also changes how he works because Alto wouldn't like it if he killed someone. And Lune didn't seem unexperienced at all, he just seemed much more gentle than Lloyd. And in this case Lune could be considered a rapist, he had sex with an unknown woman because he couldn't control himself, sure he wanted to take responsibility but what if he couldn't, even if he could like for exple marry this woman in question to take responsibility why would she feel happy being wed with her rapist, even if you take responsibility you can't turn back time this would stay in this persons life forever. Luckly it all turned out well for him, but unlike Lune, Lloyd atleast knew who his partners are as far as we are aware althought don't take my claim for granted because I can't guarante that it is the truth. ( I'm not trying to mock you or the character you prefer. I just want to point out that they both have shortcomings, I'm sorry if I come of as rude)
