Ash's way of handling things is what brought Lyle out of his overthinking habit to an extent. Ash knows if he's not this extreme, Lyle will bottle up everything and come up with scenarios that aren't there ... I see a lot of you bashing Ash and I'm wondering if you read just this chapter or you've been here since day one

Yes I genuinly believed he was just a very tall guy who is misunderstood but the way the villagers reacted always put me off, and then the main guys weird dreams and also why everyone leaves there doors open at night? All of it is weird, he is weird but I totally didnt see this
