Wooyeon doesn't have any connections about the letters sending to Jennie it was that people surround him, Wooyeon said himself that he only see Jennie on that party nothing else, so Wooyeon was innocent on that.
So to me, It's just useless seeking justice they just given the name of their imaginations and seeking someone to push it through.
