I love slow burns but this is just WAY too many misunderstandings
This story's plot is like such a MESS ( we went from body switching, to age regression, to car racing, to babysitting, to where the heck is the daughter, to...) but I'm so HOOKED and invested, I don't even mind it at this point ╮(￣▽￣)╭

It's really been a long time, but it was for the majority of the time "I hate you but love you", then it became really "I love you". It was the cat chasing the mouse I would say lol.
They are together at the end of the novel, so happy ending.
BUT, in the epilogue, the last chapter of the novel, the emperor, because of his duties and responsibilities made a "family", with, of course a woman (I don't remember if it was a harem because it is based on ancient time) and have children with her.
The bottom lived near, I think he was like a general? Or something with a high grade (I'm sorry don't remember it that well). Even though he loves the top, he can"t help but don't visit him because of his family.
I guess it's happy ending, but it left me with a bitter feeling while reading that lmao.

Idk honestly, it was only an epilogue soooo... Let's forget that part lmao. But on a better note the plot was great, even though the seme was kind of crazy.
It wasn't just like that...he was finally free and chose to come back after the Emperor kneel down in front of everyone and cried his eyes out asking for his forgiveness. Their relationship
began there. After 5 years Lu Cang (uke) was afraid of ending alone, without children and a family cause Jing still visited the harem and other women and even had like 3 or 4 children...after some troubles he explained the real reason behind that, if he didn't keep his random visits to the harem and have children of his own, Lu Cang would have been murdered by then and also he didn't visit a second time to the same concubine. I almost forgot, there is also a scene where they become sukes 7u7 It isn't much, but it is what it is xd
I am like SUPER happy Yiyeon confessed, but this story made me go through so many facepalming moments due to misunderstandings and issues with communication that I wouldn't even be surprised if chef Heemin went: "I tHInk hE mEanT hE LiKEs mY oUtfit". or "iS hE iN LovE wItH mY yoUNgeR sElF oNLy ????? DoEs hE hAtE mE nOW ?"
