i wonder when ML’s eyes will get light reflected on it, cos rn its like drawn flat without the usual eye reflecting dots making it look kinda dead. Like is that intentional design? Will getting the eye reflection symbolize a point where like a change within him will occur? Just thought abt that hahaha
it seems like it's the author's style, i dont think it's gonna change. i checked the brother's story he does have the same dead eyes from the beginning until the end but in the beginning he has dark aura around him and at the end he has lights around him. i think it's just the author's style to draw that kind of eyes

Haven't seen spoilers, but pretty sure Ido did that cuz he obviously feels like he doesn't deserve the be part of Sejin's life, as he feels guilty. Like Ido's intent in retrospect throughout the entire story with his second chance has always been to make Sejin's life better and make him happy. And not necessarily that the happiness needs to include Ido himself as he feels Sejin will be happier in a life without him, which is why he isn't trying to do anything to keep their relationship, as he thinks it's better for Sejin if Ido is not there.
