Am I the only one who noticed that it wasn't actually a three-way bond? Cause when Kadota got mad at Tendou for biting him as well, Kazuomi said something like, "Your wrong. Senpai isn't/didn't..." Then Tendou covered his mouth and put a finger to his lips to not tell Kadota.
When Kadota said "give Kazuomi back" or something like that, that's when Kazuomi said that "you're wrong, senpai isnt .." so i think he meant to say that Tendou is in love with Kadota so he doesn't want Kazuomi (thus he can't give him back, cause Kadota is the one he wants in the first place!) But Tendou wants to keep this a secret cause he and Kadota are both alphas, so he stopped Kazuomi.

It's possible, but the drawings didn't look like it. I think it was more a case of physical resemblance and a lot of familiar ambiance since it was her first time seriously interacting with a village woman (in a motherly mood) since she lost her family.
