this story will give many people different kind of perspective but for me, the both of them were hurt and deserve to be happy.
the string is also the sign of fate but what if, the string can't fathom the love between two person like hara-san and kaoru? that's what we should look into. we can't always depend on the string. it will always been abput us and our decisions.
we can't really blame kaoru for having anxiety and ending up hurting hara-san, he had traumatic experience and he hasn't the fate of red string.
but he's also at fault for hurting hara-san and ending himself clouding about the red string when he can just be honest and let himself love and receive love from hara-san right?
that's why i'm happy when this two ending up being each other and loving each other. i'm crying so hard on how hara-san love kaoru with all his might. not even paying attention to his string and aware.
