They got together and have two beautiful/handsome children. The first child, look exactly like Hyeonbi (FL). And the emperor he voluntarily step out on his throne and give it to his brother because he decided to live normal with his beloved Hyeonbi.
Around chapter 100-110 he grieve because of Hyeonbi's death (which is not, she's alive and someone save her)
