The black haired guy already admitted he doesn't like the green haired guy as much as he did before Basically admitting he doesn't care for him now. So now seeing their past and present relationship is a bit awkward. I really hope the uke breaks up with the seme so the seme can be someone else and the uke can date or be in a friends with benefit relationship with whoever he want.
I read like a few chapters before and I saw the comments and was like seeing everyone frustrated with the story and is now thinking about whether to continue reading it now or not to read it at all.
