I’ve been following this manhua for like 6 months and there’s been a translator but I just found out there’s an official English translation. I’m only asking because normally translation groups don’t translate stuff with official translations?
Honestly often a group will stop uploading after official translations but then someone else will pick it up and continue. I guess everyone has a different set of morals in this case. I actually really appreciate people who continue uploading because I cannot afford purchasing atm. Also almost all popular manhwas have official translations, they're usually uploaded here a few days after official release to allow the people to purchase the new chapters without being enticed to come here.
Sometimes they do it themselves if they are not paying for the newest official translations
I've been wondering about that for a while now actually. I read somewhere that one of the untold rules for fan translators is that they drop the manga/hwa/hua once official translation is out ╮(￣▽￣)╭
