The art needs more fixing, there are almost no facial expressions at all so I hope the artist will improve on that in future works.

But other than that, the character designs are fabulous. And the story is just muah . I love how the desserts are made and I had to literally wipe the drool from my mouth.

The story is good but I feel like it's been rushed so I can't process it yet, but it's good beyond that.

But the thing I hate most is that FL has to leave her freedom behind for the sake of being with her man.

I really, REALLY hate the throne, and the idea of being in one. I'm on teams Duke, Marquis, Count, or even Viscount and Baron. Any of them but a King or an Emperor!

If I ever get in the shoes of every FL character in the same genre, I would say "Eff off to the Royal family" and run to the other side of the world. It just feels so troublesome to be in the royal/imperial family. Too much responsibility and too many things to worry about. Like, I want my freedom, man!

It's sad that FL turned on her dream to be with her man but I understand that. The ML is worthy of her and he's a precious little thing so I suppose it's all good.

Let's start from the beginning (so I could gather my thoughts too, I'm a bit confused myself):

The Moon Goddess
- is the god of death.
- so the Sun God, who is scared of death, killed her. He didn't know that she is incapable of dying as she is death itself. So she reincarnated.

Erzebet
- the witch.
- She's the Moon Goddess's reincarnation which is why she's titled a Witch and is stronger than any other entity.
- The Sun God found her too early and declared she's to destroy the world, then ultimately, SHE DIED.
- Sun God brought her to him and made her into his servant, AKA, The System.

System
- the one who handles the world/system under the Sun God.
- She lost all her emotions and humanity in exchange for helping Lee Seojun who was "going to die" (which IMO, there was no need to) if she won't do anything about in---enter the servant contract with the Sun God.
- Bound to the Sun God and without anything in return. In other words, the piece of shite scammed her.
- As she learned not to fully trust anyone, she split her soul to help Lee Seojun in her place, AKA, the Erzebet Double.
- she was curious about Seojun so she went down to earth as Yoo Eunhye to spend time with him. She fell in love with him and decided to split her soul, AGAIN, to stay with him on earth. AKA, Yoo Eunhye.

Erzebet Double (Split soul)
- She is the one in contact with the present world. In other words, she is the one we see in the current timeline.
- The first Erzebet already died in the other world so this one is a duplicate.
- She's the master of the current adorable baby Seol-ah.

Yoo Eunhye
- mother of Seol-ah.
- The System, once again, divided her soul and erased all of that soul's memories, making her believe she was originally born on Earth.
- Her soul was part of a divine being, Moon Goddess, so she's mostly the reason why Seol-ah is stronger than any creature on Earth, and (a painful fact), the reason why Seol-ah is born a Witch.

Nah. I needed to gather my thoughts anyway. This character's backstory was a mess to understand just like that

Frosche79 March 30, 2025 6:11 am

I. Hate. You.

You made me go through a rollercoaster of emotions and made me scroll through the entire thing that I didn't bother doing anything else .
Why is this so lovely! Ughh!!! You better give me the next chapter soon, I'll die without my Seol-ah therapy

Frosche79 March 28, 2025 3:37 am

Wait. Is that all??

Lame! So lame! How could you play with my heart like that! Ugh!

Please give me some side stories!! I cannot accept you ending it like that! And with all the teasing you gave us in their smut scenes!

    We getting side stories.

Re-read this and still loved it the same.

They said they complete each other. Well, these two idiots complete me. They're so hilarious and adorable I felt lonely even though I'm not single.

Why are the shortest stories the best ones

Another short story I fell in love with. I literally cried in the painful scenes and I really rooted for the Seme to leave. I was really disappointed that he forgave the bratty Uke. They were still too immature to understand how important they are to each other so I had hoped they'd break up and then reunite for, IDK, more than a year later?
Anyway, I really felt he forgave him too fast.

But then the Uke is not like other toxic people. He actually repented and made sure he changed. And as they say, "love is lovelier the second time around", I think this phrase definitely applies here.

AND I FELL IN LOVE WITH THEM.

It's the best decision for the author to make this longer than they initially planned. It's still short for me but I think that made it wholesome. I'm hoping for another masterpiece! You don't need to surprise me because I know you'll do just as great!

Agreed that it was too short (we need more side stories) also u wanting them to reunite a year later, I don't think Leo is built for that XD he'd prob follow JJ to Germany not even a month later and we'd have a chasing arc

Ooh I like that. That's most probably what would happen!

Frosche79 March 24, 2025 12:03 pm

Awww. Is that really it?

LOVED IT. It was so funny, so adorable, and so sexy! All bundled into one story. A short one at that! You made me want for more dear author. I swear, I NEED MORE OF THIS.

Frosche79 March 21, 2025 1:02 pm

Definitely dark. Definitely bad (in a wicked type of way). And most definitely not for the faint hearted. I skipped chapters a lot because I grew tired of the rape and smut scenes. I never really got along with this kind of genre anyway. I like to balance the story and the smex scenes not to have one of them overpowering the other.

Can't believe I actually liked Mephisto at first. Though I've been warned by a lot of spoilers in social media that he's a red/black flag, he was the only familiar face for me so I actually rooted for him. SO TYPICAL for a mad scientist to say that he'd rather chop the Uke up and turn his lower half into a breeding mule in the lab, still breathing but without his consciousness. Like a freaking experiment, than to go through the lengths to make the Uke comfortable and inconvenience them. I hate him now and that's just disgusting.

Also, I really have no idea what to expect in this story. And I meant that in a bad way. Usually I'd hope the MC would just leave or run away, or kill themselves to get out of the situation, but this one just bothers me. He don't want to breed or spend any time with his "harem", and he also doesn't want to die yet when he's certain he's been abandoned by his first love (don't let this terminology fool you, this story is not all about unicorns and rainbows).
Edit: First love's actually dead and did not abandon the MC.

If you ask me, I'd rather just die than be humiliated like that. He can't die from old age too because they got a long lifespan, so I really can't tell what the MC is thinking about here, which is annoying because their thoughts and intentions are usually readable for the readers.

Anyway, I don't like the story. It sucks but that's just its genre. It don't match well with me so I hate it. I'm still gonna read it though. I just LOVE to hurt myself. And mostly it's because I started the story, I sure as hell am finishing it.

Frosche79 March 14, 2025 6:11 pm

I genuinely loved it. Every chapter was unhinged, both the MCs were unhinged, and it made me laugh so loud I swear my neighbors were disturbed.

I thought it was all fun and games until the part where the Uke felt lonely all those years, not seeing his husband nor his children. I'm surprised he's even willing to reconnect with them when he's never met the emperor for two years. TWO YEARS. If it were me I would've gone crazy and divorced his ass the moment he took my children away from me.

Granted, he had reasonable reasons to, as court officials wanted the Uke dead and possibly hurt their children too, but to expect the Uke to understand all of that, without telling him or in this case, without communicating with him, Emperor dude, you're sadly mistaken. You could've at least tried to tell him why, why you left him alone all those years and why you harshly made your kids leave his side. It's sad, it's really sad. How painful it must be for him. The Uke sure did a good job hiding his pain because apparently, the story wasn't focused on that.

Too bad the story was cut short. Sure, it's all funny and turned out well, but it has a lot of potential to be a wholesome story. I want it to focus on the couple's relationship, the family's bonding, you know, the waterworks and stuff. The story basically skimped on the drama and focused more on the fun part, quite literally taking the Uke's suffering for granted. I actually cried a lot at the scenes where the Uke expressed his loneliness and I'm disappointed it wasn't focused more in the story.

I love this story. Really wish they made it longer and focused more on the importance of the Uke's suffering and his relationship with his husband and children. But overall, I really appreciated it.

I can never not find the comedic bits funny!

I'm going crazy reading this story. I've never read a story so deep and so beautiful in my life. Every arc is an entire story in itself, it's like I'm travelling through different places in a single story and it's gonna break my heart real bad once this story ends.

I've earned an enlightenment about love in reading this story and I can confidently say, that I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS STORY. Unconditionally.

I sometimes exaggerate on my reviews and comments on the stories I've read, but this is one of the few of them where I genuinely believe that this story is a masterpiece. Read it and you'll understand what I mean. Otherwise, you're missing out something so wholesome and beautiful.
I mean, after reading several dud stories in a row for the past several days, this story is sort of a miracle for me.

Have you read Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint yet? Kaizenix

    Who hasn't, yeah?

I meant that this one was focusing too much on the deeper meaning of everything we take for granted in life so it fascinated me as the author managed to keep the story's flow going with a lot of elements they introduced in the story.

Most stories get lost in the flow because they keep inserting various elements that are not relevant and the balance gets messed up. The story from then on just doesn't make any sense that it loses its "essence"
