They were all of a sudden dating but not dating the story just started making no sense

Fr like its been going on for so long with so many new characters and random ships this manga could’ve been wrapped up in 100-190 chapters
I felt like they were pushing it already when they introduced the stolen baby
They hinted it tho earlier saying his sperm was stolen lol, but could've stopped at Incest.
This has plot and the pacing was amazing. I stumbled across the story and expected the typical villain falls in love with duke. If anyone else has good plot stories like this please drop the title.

Usually I feel like stories get lost and they never know how to tie stuff together but this executed it all so well and didn’t drag things on too long but the right amount. I also like how all of the smut didn’t overtake the story, I’m all for smut but sometimes I feel like that’s all some stories become this balanced it very well and highlighted the importance of it to their relationship. Spectacular 10/10

I feel like in a lot of stories being gay always has friends turning on friends or parents hating their child. It is very nice being able to see how their friends, family, as well as strangers do not care about their sexual orientation. Well there are plenty of haters in the world, I also know there are plenty more who literally could not care less. Also just the fact that they are showing their relationship to the world is so nice. A lot of the time they will just hide their relationship and never tackle even telling friends or family, and I always wonder what will happen after and if they don’t feel a burden by being a secret.
I feel like a situation just comes out of nowhere and gets solved pretty fast.
