In the first few chapters... I thought he was a pedo. Only on chapter 6 right now so. The uncle that is. He too obsessed and the cut out photos do not help his case.

Just to clarify, he probably isn't but I've seen some. Some cases of something odd? So just got creeped out.
I think the uncle is just sick in the head and maybe the cult thing is making it worse. (corruption, hallucinations, trauma?) So he is clinging to memories with mc as a salvation of sorts. Don't think his intentions are sexual in nature, but dunno if it count as emotions incest or not.
how did you come to this conclusion? there was nothing that hinted towards this even a little? it’s painfully obvious why the uncle is so protective over mc. being obsessed might be weird but there has never ever been any signs of sexual or romantic feelings. this is such a weird conclusion to come to.
I know, it's just some mangas manhwas etc made something like that happen. Unfortunately read a few of them that ended with them being pedo. But I read further one, I know he's not.
So still not a huge fan of the dress with the little armour. But the shorts under the dress thingy is nice detail. And Karen is pretty funny in the last chapter with the sword. ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~
