The way she goes about it points t her being selfish, being manipulative and all, but I feel like Yvonne and Penelope are... very similar somehow? What if Yvonne is just Penrope from another timeline, and she is trying to prevent something? ... where are my thoughts going? That's ridiculous.

Just here to say the timeline theory isn't ridiculous, another work I'm reading has similar plot to this where the mc just goes through different timelines without knowing it's all been her.
