so u cant stop possible racism in ur own company??? bro white americans rlly r something else... anyways i rlly dont think this would even happen realistically cuz a lot of foriegn ppl work as medical officals in america anyways??? right so like why would it be weird only for him???
Consider that he is one of the only Asians who has lived in Korea his whole life so he probably doesn’t speak with an American “proper” accent. And white Americans being repeat offenders of making fun/looking down on minority groups, they will find a way to make him feel like he doesn’t belong.
This happens all the time today still.
Plus if you’ve ever been in a setting where your the only black/Asian/Indian person you would understand how uncomfy it is.
there is a stigma against asian medical professionals though even if its not uncommon for them to work in america. and med schools are different in different countries so americans tend to look down on medical professionals from different countries bc they didnt go through as "rigorous" training. and as a large hospital, im sure they are aware of racism but its difficult to manage microaggressions against poc (not that im excusing them)

do they not realize he committed arson twice to try and kill??? and also kidnapped and drugged blonde dude too??
And he was only put on probation
