This family is sh*t. Honestly, I think the only development this story deserve is Bunnie leaving that damn house. Forgiveness or whatever they don't deserve it, nor could the current Bunnie give it in the original's stead.

according to the novel, camellia's stepfather assigned a dark shadow to camellia. the dark shadow reports back to the family (stepfather, stepbrother and ravi). that's how they know.
