Their relationship is somehow a mixture of good and bad. He saved his family while being an asshole to them so his family has mix feelings for him. But his father, step mother, and brother sincerely apologized to him. He didn't forgive them(?) but their relationship is not that bad anymore and his brother ended up admiring him in the end. Anyways their relationship became really consolidated but I'm very satisfied with it. The ending is really good
If you want a more indept spoiler: I can spoil that after messing with his family a bit like frustrating his father and stepmother to death and beating up his brother to a pulp everyday, in the end he saved them using all his connections and his companions helped restore the county. The arc is really exciting because the whole world discovered that he has connections left and right with bigshots and the whole county wanted him to became the heir again but ofcourse mc refused flatly, he doesn't want it and he's disgusted with it
