The reason seems simple: Soobin love Chahyun and obviously don't want to be hated by him. For some reason, in the past, when he was stiill Hope, Chahyun wanted him to join his guild but he always refused. After that incident, Chahyun was butthurt and they started PK each other but Soobin always killed Chahyun. So it's fair to assume Chahyun "hate" Hope.
