im not 100% sure, but i think the android only recognized the alien as his host because it was using his real master's body and it just didnt compute that the messages it was receiving at the end were from the parasite and not the human shell.

Honestly, he described the master doing something deep inside him (the android did). I'm willing to bet the Alien is his Master and the human body was the intruder or 'host' that went down due to lack of something to drink, which I assume is blood.

Lol it's just my opinion but the last panel where there shadows mimic each other, the cord on the back of the androids head and the alien itself on the guys back, is what made me think his Master was actually the alien.

I totally agree with you but we must admit this is the seme fault. The mc did told him about the baby and that it was his baby but the seme who was unnecessarily jealous and obsessed just listen "baby" and he was like ABORT IT he didn't even let him talked.
