Can I ask why? Not to defend the story or something because I didn't read it but I'm not sure if I should start reading. Is it that bad?

The story is all over the place with no character growth, I don't know who's the ML and the FL seems empty headed.....

It's the lack continuity for me.

I may just need to do a reread as I started this on lizhen and waiting week to week has thrown me off.

I don't think FL is empty headed but I prefer women who fight back, she doesn't have enough faith in herself and the outside of the dude she took in that everyone discriminates against, I don't care for the other characters....

Thanks for your opinion! I think I'm just gonna go with the first chapters and see how it turns out. I prefer strong FLs, too and I hope at least that she isn't completely incompetent even if there is character development afterwards

Yeah I'm thinking about dropping it too for all the reasons you stated. She is just to basic and doesn't know what to do. I stuck with it till now thinking maybe something will happen but.....nothing till now. Also she is not strong FL at allllll.
